Responsibilities
- Design and develop Global Operations Technology system architecture for stable operations.
- Develop front-office and back-office web services using Java and Spring Framework.
- Identify dependencies across domains and develop system integrations.
- Evaluate and adopt technologies to improve development and operations efficiency.
- Design and implement optimization algorithms for faster and more cost-effective delivery methods.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of programming experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on web application development and operations experience, or equivalent capabilities.
- Experience developing web applications with Java and Spring Framework.
- Interest in global-scale logistics systems and diverse business domains.
- Interest in or experience with high-availability systems handling large-scale traffic in a microservices architecture.
- Preferred: experience with microservices, cloud environments, asynchronous event-driven architecture, code-quality improvement, ORM tools such as JPA or Hibernate, domain modeling, e-commerce services, build/test/deployment automation, and large-scale NoSQL data processing with Redis or Memcached.
