Responsibilities

Own authentication end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, and Auth0 integration across frontend and backend systems.
Lead a multidisciplinary team through sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
Elevate team capability through pairing, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
Set and maintain engineering quality standards through code reviews, design reviews, and hands-on development.
Review product specifications for technical feasibility and identify opportunities to use AI tooling to accelerate delivery.

5+ years of software engineering experience with strong production execution.
2+ years of hands-on experience implementing authentication and authorization with Auth0 or comparable identity platforms.
Strong Java and Spring backend skills with solid frontend experience; React is preferred.
Understanding of web application security best practices and secure software design in distributed architectures.
Technical product mindset grounded in security, along with high autonomy, proactivity, and ownership.
Active interest in experimenting with AI tools and applying them to software development.
English proficiency sufficient to lead technical discussions across geographies.
