Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers.
- Build distributed microservices and full-stack systems that address regulatory and business needs.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
- Use JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
- Mentor engineering community members and participate in internal and external technology communities.
- Stay current with technology trends and experiment with emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced English fluency.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of cloud computing experience.
- Preferred: master’s degree.
- Preferred: 6+ years of experience with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience with open source frameworks.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience with Agile practices.
