Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery and ongoing support of software projects.
- Contribute to the design of new features for web and mobile web applications.
- Develop and maintain front-end user interfaces, APIs, and back-end services.
- Review peer code and advocate for standard engineering methodologies.
- Facilitate engineering discussions and mentor junior engineers.
- Raise organization-wide standards for systems design, testing, code quality, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of software development experience with ES6, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, Java, Node.js, and Go.
- Have experience with relational and non-relational database persistence strategies.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Demonstrate strong skills with modern technologies for designing, delivering, debugging, and maintaining front-end and back-end systems.
- Have been recognized as a technical leader with impact beyond the immediate team for several years.
- Bring experience with systems design, testing, code quality, and maintainability.
