Responsibilities
- Build frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Develop backend AI services and APIs using Python and FastAPI, with working knowledge of Node.js or NestJS.
- Design and implement AI and LLM workflows including RAG, agent-based systems, LLM integrations, and scalable AI pipelines.
- Develop private, offline, and local LLM deployments.
- Use vector databases for similarity search and RAG solutions.
- Evaluate model responses, tune accuracy, and reduce hallucinations.
- Manage structured and unstructured data using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms.
- Analyze data and build KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights using SQL and Python.
- Apply enterprise-grade system design, security best practices, and Git-based development workflows.
- Communicate complex AI and technical concepts in business-friendly language.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience.
- Strong frontend development experience with ReactJS and Next.js.
- Strong backend experience with Python and FastAPI, plus working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS.
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM-based systems, RAG, agent-based systems, and LLM-driven integrations.
- Exposure to private or offline AI setups and local LLM deployments.
- Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma.
- Experience with model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and hallucination reduction.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO.
- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and insights with SQL and Python.
- Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and enterprise-grade system design.
- Consulting and Agile experience are considered a plus.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and connect them to measurable business value.
