Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and iterate agentic AI workflows and enterprise automation solutions.
- Build multi-agent workflows, RAG applications, document intelligence and summarization pipelines, and process automation systems.
- Translate business problems into production AI systems and own end-to-end delivery.
- Develop prompt strategies, orchestration logic, API integrations, data pipelines, testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine outputs, drive adoption, and prioritize use cases by ROI, feasibility, and speed to value.
- Build reusable prompt templates, agent design patterns, and integration utilities.
- Contribute to security, data-handling, responsible AI, evaluation, and performance-monitoring standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a small team while remaining hands-on.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 6–10+ years of software engineering experience with recent hands-on work in AI and LLM systems.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and production automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, NotebookLM, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, API development, system integration, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, AI evaluation frameworks, guardrails, monitoring, workflow automation tools, and enterprise integrations.
- Preferred experience in regulated environments and familiarity with clinical data, CDISC standards, or clinical development workflows.
- Preferred experience in high-growth or private-equity-backed SaaS environments.
