[OWD] Lead Data & AI Engineer (Palantir Foundry/AIP)

Responsibilities
- Build and manage Foundry data pipelines, ontology components, and applications.
- Design semantic and context layers using Palantir Ontology Object Types, Link Types, Action Types, Interfaces, and Property Sets.
- Build, test, deploy, and monitor LLM-powered workflows with AIP Logic, AIP Automate, and AIP Assist.
- Take agentic AI use cases from prototype to production and integrate AI with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems.
- Own technical delivery by translating business requirements into implementation plans and guiding solutions through production deployment.
- Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders, explain design trade-offs and risks, review code, coach engineers, and resolve technical blockers.
- Support reusable agent skills, tools, and components across multiple use cases and optimize model selection and cost where applicable.
Requirements
- Hands-on Palantir Foundry and/or AIP experience on real client or production projects.
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Solid data engineering experience across structured and unstructured data.
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems.
- Strong English communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work with fast delivery cycles, changing requirements, and EST business hours.
- Experience developing agentic or GenAI applications is strongly preferred.
- Experience with production deployment inside Palantir, semantic layers, ontologies, knowledge graphs, cloud platforms, Databricks, GitHub-based delivery, or LLM providers is beneficial.
