Responsibilities
- Design and document integration architectures for CRM, ERP, operations, and analytics systems.
- Define API standards, data models, naming conventions, versioning protocols, deployment guidelines, and integration governance.
- Develop and deploy integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and Python or Node.js scripts.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL jobs for reliable data synchronization and accuracy.
- Identify and automate manual workflows and prototype new system connections before scaling them.
- Monitor integration health, performance, and stability, implementing logging, alerting, and resilience mechanisms.
- Apply data privacy and security standards and maintain technical documentation for audit and continuity.
- Develop the integration roadmap, translate business requirements into technical designs, and mentor developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, SQL, and integration tools such as Make, Workato, MuleSoft, and Zapier.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of experience in technology architecture or integration engineering, including hands-on system connectivity and automation.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations across multi-platform ERP, CRM, operations, and analytics environments.
- Strong understanding of data flows, architecture patterns, API governance, debugging, performance optimization, and balancing strategic design with practical execution.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or technology-platform environments is preferred.
