Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Configure Salesforce declarative functionality, including complex validation rules, Lightning Record Pages, and Flows.
  • Design solutions, develop and maintain software components, and implement scoped features and enhancements.
  • Lead medium- and high-complexity projects from kickoff through delivery and collaborate on complex integration projects.
  • Troubleshoot escalated Salesforce production issues and coordinate with integrated-application support teams.
  • Conduct data exports, analysis, and updates using Dev Console, Workbench, and Data Loader.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support.
  • Lead and participate in Agile standups, refinement sessions, and retrospectives.
  • Apply secure coding, testing, documentation, scalability, reliability, and performance practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience, or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience.
  • In-depth information systems knowledge and the ability to apply IT best practices.
  • Understanding of business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.
  • Experience with business analysis, Salesforce configuration, requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, software development, and production support.
  • Preferred: banking or financial services industry experience.
  • Preferred: experience in Agile development environments and leveraging AI for solution development.
  • Preferred: experience implementing Eloqua, Highspot, Seismic, Conga, Nintex Drawloop, and FormAssembly.
