Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, governance, modernization, and continuous improvement for the enterprise ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Drive CSDM 5 alignment, data quality initiatives, CMDB adoption, and trusted technology and service relationships.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB solutions, CI models, relationship mappings, automations, workflows, custom applications, and platform enhancements.
  • Lead ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping activities, including MID Server management, tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and Workday, AWS, MuleSoft, Dynatrace, Tenable, monitoring tools, and other strategic systems.
  • Support integration of CMDB data with Application Portfolio Management and Technology Business Management platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to engineers across the team.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, architecture, and application teams while participating in Agile planning, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 6 years of software engineering experience with ServiceNow development and platform engineering.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Configuration Management, and ITOM capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, and Discovery troubleshooting.
  • Experience implementing and supporting CSDM, preferably CSDM 5 or later.
  • Experience improving CMDB governance, reconciliation, data quality, and operational adoption.
  • Experience building and supporting integrations with Workday, AWS, MuleSoft, Dynatrace, Tenable, and other cloud and operational systems.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, application architectures, and technology dependencies.
  • Experience with APM, TBM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or related ServiceNow modules is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, mentor software engineers, and provide technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, automation, CI/CD, and secure development principles.
