Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service, case management, and contact center operations.
- Lead Salesforce architecture, design, and development across Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Framework, Flows, and SOQL.
- Define end-to-end architectures, technical roadmaps, integration strategies, and future-state platform designs.
- Architect enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Design customer engagement capabilities including Omni-Channel, Live Agent Chat, Einstein Bots, CTI integrations, and contact center technologies.
- Define multi-cloud data models, data migration strategies, data governance, security, sharing rules, and visibility frameworks.
- Drive Salesforce DevOps, automated deployments, release management, and environment management.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, user-story creation, technical documentation, and architecture diagram development.
- Collaborate with business, product, operations, and engineering teams on Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor onshore and offshore development teams.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture standards, governance controls, security practices, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to six years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: eight or more years of software engineering experience and five or more years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Framework, Flows, and SOQL.
- Experience with Omni-Channel, Live Agent Chat, Einstein Bots, CTI integrations, and customer service or contact center solutions.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, data migration, governance, security models, and sharing or visibility rules.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, automated deployments, release management, and environment management.
- Experience with solution architecture, technical roadmaps, scalable cloud-based design patterns, discovery sessions, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring onshore/offshore development teams.
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and enterprise transformation leadership skills.
