Base Salary
$221k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive organizational velocity and identify opportunities that improve customer, business, and technology outcomes.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal layers of the architecture.
- Partner with product managers, designers, architects, operations, and other groups to design, develop, integrate, test, and release solutions.
- Design and implement durable, robust, scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performing software systems.
- Guide the applicability of AI technologies to customer problems and evaluate solution accuracy and limitations.
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, technology prototypes, patent proposals, and process improvements.
- Mentor engineers and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional and global teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies and tools to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with AI technologies such as SageMaker, Vert.x, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, and Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI, or Kotlin, or back-end technologies such as Java, TypeScript, Spring, or Express with Node.js.
- Experience working in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP.
- At least 1 year of experience working on teams that built AI-native applications.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, collaboration, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience working effectively with global teams across time zones and in complex, fast-paced technical environments.
