Base Salary
$188k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create breakthrough experiences that redefine AI companions.
- Build seamless Copilot experiences across voice, vision, text, and action.
- Own features end to end from concept through production at scale.
- Collaborate with applied AI researchers to bring model capabilities to users.
- Rapidly ship experiments, learn from usage, and iterate on experiences.
- Work across team boundaries on problems spanning the entire product.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- 6+ years of full-stack experience across frontend technologies including React and TypeScript and backend systems.
- 6+ years of experience with Python or similar languages for backend development.
- 6+ years of experience building scalable web APIs and services.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, loosely defined problem spaces and move quickly.
- Experience creating strong product experiences and shipping impactful work.
