Responsibilities
- Translate complex business problems into scalable Pigment models using AI agents, formulas, dimensions, and advanced logic.
- Design, build, deploy, and scale custom AI agents and AI-powered planning solutions for strategic customers.
- Own end-to-end Pigment implementations and act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
- Prototype and test agent-based planning and automation use cases.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements and specifications.
- Train users on Pigment features, modeling best practices, and scalable system design.
- Define repeatable patterns and frameworks for AI deployments across customers.
Requirements
- Engineering or computer science degree from a top-tier institution.
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical, client-facing, or implementation role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Engineer, Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical/Implementation Consultant.
- Experience with data modeling, analytics, business logic design, AI/ML concepts, or applied data workflows.
- Proficiency with formulas, logic, and structured modeling.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, planning tools, APIs, data pipelines, and system integration concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in FP&A, financial modeling, business planning workflows, Pigment, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Additional European language skills beyond English are preferred.
