Responsibilities
- Embed with internal teams and external partners to understand operational workflows and identify where they break.
- Prioritize problems and determine whether they require software, process improvements, or both.
- Build end-to-end integrations, internal tools, workflows, data pipelines, and partner-facing products.
- Prototype quickly and harden successful solutions for broader organizational use.
- Work with utilities on grid constraints and data to build tools supporting battery deployment and dispatch decisions.
- Launch new states by establishing the partner integrations, workflows, and data required for each market.
- Share lessons with Core Experience and Platform teams to improve future launches.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building production software in product or full-stack engineering roles.
- Strong frontend and full-stack skills, including modern web applications, APIs, data models, and stateful user experiences.
- Strong product judgment and a record of turning ambiguous ideas into useful shipped products.
- Experience in 0-to-1 or fast-moving environments where user needs, product direction, and success metrics evolve.
- Experience using product analytics, experimentation, and data to guide decisions.
- Ability to work with urgency and maintain a high standard for personal work.
