Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery from discovery and scoping through building, launch, and ongoing support.
- Build production agentic systems, including agents, context/RAG, skills, tools, and evaluations, for internal business workflows.
- Write production-grade Python and/or TypeScript and SQL to connect CRM, support, BI, and data warehouse systems.
- Conduct workflow discovery with business stakeholders and translate business processes into technical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve live deployment issues by debugging across the stack and iterating with stakeholder teams.
- Create reusable playbooks, skills, and templates from successful engagements.
- Build trust with supported teams and help them become increasingly self-sufficient.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Applied AI, Solutions Engineering, or a comparable hands-on stakeholder-embedded engineering role.
- Ability to build agentic loops, including agents, context, skills/tools, and evaluations, end to end.
- Strong backend or full-stack engineering experience with production-grade Python and/or TypeScript, SQL, and REST API integration patterns.
- Previous embedded delivery experience translating business processes into technical systems, with a portfolio of shipped work.
- Comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders in Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
- Ability to make sound decisions under ambiguity and prioritize shipping production solutions.
- Preferred experience in fintech or financial services, including payments, banking data, risk/compliance, or subscription billing.
- Preferred hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Preferred familiarity with SOC 2, PCI-DSS, data-security practices, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability.
