Base Salary

$466k - $750k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end ML model deployment and inference infrastructure for low-latency real-time advertising systems.
  • Process extremely large volumes of data using big-data tools such as Spark.
  • Productionize predictive models forecasting advertising campaign impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Build scalable simulations for demand fluctuations, pricing strategies, and inventory allocation.
  • Develop publisher inventory-management systems supporting dynamic pricing, rate cards, product packaging, inventory splits, and yield optimization.
  • Collaborate with science, product, engineering, operations, design, and consumer research stakeholders to deploy models at scale.

Requirements

  • Experience building end-to-end ML model deployment and inference infrastructure for low-latency real-time ad systems.
  • Experience handling extremely large data volumes with big-data tools such as Spark.
  • Experience productionizing predictive models for advertising campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience building scalable inventory-scenario simulation solutions.
  • Understanding of advertising marketplaces and publisher-side inventory-management challenges.
  • Preferred experience with Lucene indexes and large-scale indexing.
  • Preferred familiarity with ad servers, bidders, yield optimizers, SSPs, DSPs, yield optimization, product recommendation, and dynamic inventory allocation.
  • Experience with advertising technology standards such as VAST or OpenRTB is preferred.
  • Familiarity with global advertising regulations, Connected TV constraints, or ads industry consortium efforts is preferred.
