Requirements
- Strong foundation in backend software engineering
- Expertise in Java, Kotlin, or equivalent programming languages
- Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve platform effectiveness
- Understanding of customer and financial data needs
- Security-conscious approach to protecting user data and preventing unauthorized access
