Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, and maintain software modules and programs for operating systems or applications.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software and ensure quality.
- Troubleshoot software issues, perform root-cause analysis, fix errors, and improve system performance and availability.
- Analyze and recommend new system installations or modifications to existing systems.
- Prepare accurate technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, project reports, MIS reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, respond to customer requests, and support on-time delivery.
- Participate in training and continuing education to learn new programming languages and complete skill-upgrading certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory Oracle Fusion Finance techno-functional experience.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software development processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to automate software validation and evaluate software-hardware interfaces and performance requirements.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and clear code.
- Strong customer-facing communication, status reporting, and issue-tracking capabilities.
