Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation for multiple capabilities within the AI-native Kubernetes platform.
- Serve as a technical leader and domain expert across multiple teams.
- Develop innovative technology solutions and influence technology and product direction through technical documents and root-cause analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business risks.
- Drive customer-focused design and development based on customer needs.
- Encourage codebase contributions and innovation across Intuit.
- Mentor and assess engineers while supporting an inclusive technical team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Considerable expertise in Kubernetes, particularly Amazon EKS, including operator patterns, Kubernetes clients, controllers, shared informers, and caching mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Golang and extensive AWS experience.
- Ability to lead multiple scrum teams consisting of 10 to 35 engineers.
- Experience leading technical design, architecture, and code reviews.
- Ability to simplify technical designs and operations.
- A proven record of operational excellence, process improvement, and technical innovation.
- Commitment to expanding team members’ skills and knowledge.
