Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highly available backend services.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to address requests and build reusable solutions for customers and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and test secure, reliable, scalable, and highly available features.
- Review code, provide best-practice feedback, improve readability, and anticipate issues.
- Own features end to end from design documents and reviews through acceptance testing and deployment.
- Troubleshoot post-deployment production support issues and develop solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with backend technologies using Python or Java.
- Basic understanding of AWS services.
- Experience with version control tools and processes such as Git and Gitflow.
- Experience with continuous delivery of cloud-based software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
