Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing iOS applications.
Contribute to application architecture, coding standards, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, coaching, and career support to Software Engineers and Associate Software Engineers.
Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement and engineering standards.
Translate product and business requirements into application designs, technical solutions, sprint-ready tasks, estimates, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with product management, UI/UX design, backend engineering, quality assurance, and other stakeholders.
Participate in technical estimation, sprint planning, solution design, task prioritization, and technical decision-making.
Resolve complex technical issues, application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
Oversee application build, testing, deployment, version control, and App Store release processes.
Evaluate emerging iOS technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends and recommend improvements.
Develop and maintain unit tests, technical documentation, application specifications, and supporting development records.
Integrate iOS applications with backend systems, APIs, third-party services, analytics platforms, and enterprise applications.
Handle people-management responsibilities in line with company procedures.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Six to eight years of mobile engineering experience with strong iOS and Swift expertise.
Proven experience with mobile application architecture, including MVVM and Clean Architecture patterns.
Strong understanding of API design principles and effective testing strategies.
Strong proficiency in SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern concurrency approaches.
Knowledge of mobile application performance optimization and security practices at scale.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery processes and mobile release management.
Proven experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, and establishing engineering standards.
Experience with App Store optimization and mobile application publishing processes.
Awareness of cross-platform mobile development approaches and technologies.
Fluent English language skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Travel, airline, or e-commerce mobile application experience is preferred.
