Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build and maintain native iOS components and React Native modules where required.
- Create reusable, scalable UI components and implement pixel-perfect designs with UI/UX teams.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, authentication, and mobile SDKs.
- Implement state management and optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot application issues across iOS devices and participate in code reviews.
- Implement unit, integration, and UI testing strategies.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with React Native, iOS development, REST API integration, and mobile application architecture.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React Hooks, Redux or comparable state-management tools, React Navigation, Swift, Xcode, and the iOS SDK.
- Knowledge of UIKit or SwiftUI, CocoaPods or Swift Package Manager, JSON, OAuth, JWT authentication, and third-party SDK integration.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, Jest, React Native Testing Library, Fastlane, and SonarQube.
- Knowledge of mobile application security best practices and experience with performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or cloud-native applications is valued.
- Experience with biometric authentication, mobile analytics, crash reporting, native React Native module development, App Store review and release processes, and DevSecOps is valued.
- Exposure to banking or financial services applications is valued.
- Willingness to be assessed on risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills.
