Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end systems for safety labeling and investigative tooling.
- Spearhead cross-functional alignment with Operations and Product Managers.
- Define and drive the architectural direction for next-generation safety applications.
- Design and scale core moderation primitives for safety applications.
- Lead large-scale, cross-organizational technical initiatives.
- Elevate engineering standards through mentoring and best practices.
- Partner with leadership to define technical priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven ability to design and implement robust, high-throughput microservices.
- Strong commitment to user safety, data integrity, and compliance.
- Equivalent experience or a BS in a technical field.
- Curious to learn new technologies and grow skills.
