Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain services for chargeback ingestion, representment decisions, evidence generation, payment-gateway submission, and dispute resolution.
- Extend LLM-based evidence generation into a scalable capability across dispute categories and providers.
- Use agentic coding tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve development velocity and code quality.
- Translate card-network rules, liability logic, and merchant configuration into software architecture with product, operations, and payments partners.
- Own services in production, ship through modern CI/CD workflows, and investigate merchant chargeback cases.
- Contribute to team roadmap and product planning.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent certifications.
- At least 3 years of hands-on server-side coding experience.
- Experience with server-side languages such as TypeScript, Scala, Java, C#, or Kotlin.
- Hands-on experience with a recent frontend framework such as React or Vue.
- Proven full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and integration layers with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud services such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong business-context orientation and the ability to understand risk, fintech, or eCommerce workflows.
- Passion for using AI coding assistants and agentic tools in daily development.
- Experience incorporating LLMs or agentic frameworks into customer-facing products is advantageous.
- Independent self-learning, proactive problem-solving, and strong teamwork skills.
