Base Salary
$135k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on adopting Mendix cloud and hybrid-hosting solutions based on cost, performance, and security requirements.
- Install, configure, operate, supervise, and troubleshoot Mendix platform deployments in Kubernetes, public-cloud, private-cloud, and customer-premises environments.
- Support, implement, and optimize customer CI/CD pipelines for Mendix deployments.
- Architect and implement highly automated hosting infrastructure, cloud deployments, and integrations.
- Experiment with automated cloud infrastructure, deployment approaches, and AI-driven infrastructure.
- Engage with customers and travel routinely to client sites.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience, ideally including 2+ years working with modern cloud infrastructures.
- Practical experience architecting, building, and operating highly automated, containerized cloud infrastructure.
- Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining Kubernetes-based architectures on public and private cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of microservices architectures and containerized environments.
- Database administration experience with Postgres, SQL Server, or Oracle, plus cloud databases or data lakes.
- Authentication experience with AWS IAM or Azure Entra and networking experience involving ingress, reverse proxies, and enterprise-grade networks.
- Implementation and integration experience with Git or SVN, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, customer-engagement, and professional skills.
- Relevant cloud architecture, infrastructure, AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications are preferred.
- BA/BS or master's degree in computer science or a technical equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with Pega, OutSystems, ServiceNow, n8n, graph databases, vectorization techniques, or governmental security clearances is a bonus.
