Base Salary
$115k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customer engineering and OCI engineering leadership to ensure customer success.
- Design infrastructure components including cloud resources, distributed computing systems, and data storage solutions.
- Lead end-to-end technical initiatives across engineering, operations, and leadership with minimal supervision.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability issues and implement mitigation solutions.
- Identify, own, and resolve complex technical problems impacting customers.
- Document infrastructure designs, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Coordinate technical solutions across service teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of distributed cloud engineering experience in a software development environment.
- Development experience in Java, C++, C#, and scripting languages.
- Experience with scripting and automation using Ansible, Terraform, and/or Kubernetes.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong Linux skills, including hands-on experience with Oracle Linux, RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, and Debian.
- Experience collaborating with cloud platform teams covering compute, networking, storage, and identity.
- Understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Experience leading large-scale projects end to end and working with minimal supervision.

- US hiring range is $114,600 to $234,600 per annum, with possible bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
