Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable frontend systems.
- Architect and implement solutions using React, Vue, and/or Angular.
- Mentor engineers while actively participating in coding.
- Gather customer feedback at deployment sites to implement improvements.
- Ensure security, performance, and reliability across applications.
Requirements
- 8+ years of front end and back end software engineering experience.
- Proven experience building and scaling complex user interfaces.
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Experience with containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with modern full stack architectures.
- Experience with real-time data visualization and high-performance rendering.
- Knowledge of security best practices for enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering talent.
- Experience designing modular, extensible component systems.
- Proficiency with Agentic AI coding tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fast learner with a hands-on approach to technical leadership.
