Responsibilities
- Write requirements for existing Java applications running as services on client platforms.
- Meet directly with clients to understand, clarify, and document requirements.
- Support developers by explaining requirements and improving software requirements documentation.
- Create Jira user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Support PI Planning and drive feature refinement activities with the Product Owner.
- Contribute to system understanding and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required, including at least 2 years of requirements engineering or equivalent software development experience.
- Practical experience working with software development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Experience writing requirements and user stories.
- Understanding of software and software development.
- Ability to process large volumes of requirements and communicate effectively with clients and teams.
- Strong analytical, autonomous-working, communication, assertiveness, and teamwork abilities.
- English communication proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Automotive SPICE, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, automotive or embedded systems, SAFe/Scrum certification, Git, and CLI experience are preferred or optional.
