Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture and design for Oracle HCM Compensation and Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions.
Design 4D compensation structures using Legislative Data Groups, job families, job functions, and grades.
Define Oracle best-practice architecture aligned with Redwood UI compatibility.
Configure and guide grade structures, grade rates, compensation frameworks, internal pay composites, and market-benchmarking integrations.
Architect ORC customizations for automated salary-range fetching, job DFF logic, dynamic requisition population, and background concatenation rules.
Define integration strategy across Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting, and collaborate on HDL/HSDL, BI Reports, Fast Formulas, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration.
Conduct customer workshops, CRPs, and architecture discussions; qualify requirements, finalize solution approaches, and manage risks and dependencies.
Provide architecture governance through implementation and hypercare and lead automation, reporting, validation, and data-integrity initiatives.

Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Core HR, grade and rate management, global HR/pay structures, and Redwood UI.
Technical experience with Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher or OTBI, Oracle HCM APIs, DFF/EFF configuration, data migration strategies, and reporting and validation frameworks.
Experience implementing global compensation or pay-transparency solutions is preferred.
Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency regulations is preferred.
Experience with WTW market data or compensation-benchmarking platforms is preferred.
Hospitality, consulting, or global enterprise experience is preferred.
Strong consulting, stakeholder-management, executive-communication, problem-solving, and architecture-governance skills.
Ability to lead distributed implementation teams.
