Base Salary
$172k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product features in Horizon from user problem to polished UI.
- Design and build user-facing experiences that are fast and intuitive.
- Translate field signal and user feedback into working software quickly.
- Write maintainable and performant full-stack code with a focus on UI/UX.
- Develop product knowledge of the AI/LLM tooling space and MCP ecosystem.
- Participate in on-call/incident response to maintain production reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with user-facing products.
- Strong front-end skills with proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern UI libraries.
- Comfortable across the full stack, with a focus on product surface.
- Experience or interest in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI/LLM tooling.
- Track record of shipping in high-ambiguity, early-stage environments.
- Self-directed with strong judgment and clear communication skills.
