Agentforce Senior Technical Architect(Salesforce experience is a must)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Define and evolve technical architecture strategy, standards, patterns, and best practices for AI and Agentforce initiatives.
- Evaluate LLMs, agentic frameworks, automation platforms, and emerging AI technologies for differentiated business value.
- Translate business goals into scalable, secure, maintainable enterprise AI architectures.
- Coordinate engineering, data, product, and delivery teams across multiple AI workstreams and resolve technical dependencies.
- Lead architecture reviews, governance forums, design checkpoints, and technical quality oversight.
- Prototype, build, deploy, and iterate on AI agents, automations, integrations, and working proofs of concept.
- Monitor architecture health across scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and security posture.
- Ensure data governance, responsible AI, compliance, and security standards across AI implementations.
- Provide technical escalation support and mentor architects, senior engineers, and technical teams.
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in software or solution architecture with demonstrated depth in AI/ML or agentic systems architecture.
- Experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions such as LLM-based systems, automation platforms, Agentforce, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, integration patterns, and platform scalability principles.
- Ability to operate as a strategic thinker and hands-on technical orchestrator across multiple teams.
- Experience with Salesforce platform architecture is highly valued.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent architecture certification is preferred.
- Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, AI risk frameworks, mentoring architects and senior engineers, and complex enterprise topologies is preferred.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in real-world settings is preferred.
- Practical experience with Gemini, Cursor, and Claude, plus familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and agentic tool-use patterns, is preferred.
- Comfort working directly in code and configuration to build and ship solutions rather than focusing only on design documentation.
