Responsibilities
- Build and ship GenAI agents end-to-end, including platform API or MCP integration, agent definition, prompt authoring, and React frontend experiences.
- Own delivery of 4–5 agents across either the Search channel or Social channel with substantial autonomy.
- Author and iterate on prompts using the team’s prompt management tooling.
- Partner with the test engineer to deliver automated evaluation and regression suites alongside each agent.
- Take assigned agents from design through production and maintain low defect and false-positive rates in production output.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Strong experience with C#/.NET or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with a JavaScript frontend framework, preferably React.
- Hands-on experience building GenAI or LLM-powered applications, including function or tool calling and prompt engineering.
- Experience integrating third-party or platform APIs and taking features from design through production with limited supervision.
- Experience working in a sprint-based development team.
- Preferred experience includes MCP or LLM tool-use integrations, Google Vertex AI, Gemini or a comparable LLM platform, advertising platform APIs, Firestore, and Google Cloud Storage.
