Responsibilities
- Migrate and evolve Jenkins and Bitbucket workflows to GitHub Actions standards.
- Automate Microsoft Azure provisioning with Terraform and create isolated multi-tenant and healthcare-specific environments.
- Implement automated security gates using Snyk, SonarQube, and Fossa.
- Migrate monitoring from Log4net to OpenTelemetry and integrate logs with centralized SIEM and Azure Monitor.
- Support Docker and Kubernetes/AKS-based migrations from on-premises systems to cloud-native platforms.
- Transition Atlassian tooling to GitHub, Jira, and Polarion while maintaining lifecycle traceability.
- Manage Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services during encapsulation phases.
- Develop task automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Configure Azure backup and disaster recovery strategies with RTO/RPO targets.
- Identify and mitigate infrastructure single points of failure and support the team’s technical growth.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and VNETs.
- Deep proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes, particularly AKS.
- Solid Terraform knowledge for multi-tenant and healthcare-specific environment isolation.
- Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Atlassian tooling, Jira, and Polarion.
- Experience with Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and NIST-based audit procedures is preferred.
- Experience with Azure Recovery Services Vaults and disaster recovery strategies is preferred.
- Proficiency with KQL and Log Analytics is preferred.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD or Flux for Kubernetes deployments is preferred.
- Fluent Spanish and essential English proficiency for international collaboration and regulatory documentation.
- Ability to work in highly regulated environments where patient safety is a primary priority.
