Responsibilities

Develop existing and new cloud platform services for secure IoT connections and scalable web applications.
Design and develop cloud-based, cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure and modern backend technologies.
Collaborate with software developers, software architects, system engineers, UX engineers, quality engineers, and product owners.
Improve implementation and documentation quality through code reviews, document reviews, release documentation, and continuous process improvement.
Deploy, manage, and automate cloud applications and infrastructure using containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Mentor and support junior software developers.
Work effectively in an international, multidisciplinary, and virtual team environment.

Several years of industry experience as a software developer.
Strong experience designing and developing cloud-based applications, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture principles, patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in at least two general-purpose programming or backend languages, such as C#, Java, Go, Rust, or Python.
Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL database technologies.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Hands-on experience with Agile development processes such as SCRUM.
Clear and responsible communication in English.
Healthcare industry experience or experience in a comparable field is desirable; Spanish and German are nice to have.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, customer-centric, and continuous-learning skills.
