Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud platform services supporting secure IoT connections and scalable web applications.
- Design and develop cloud-native applications and new digital healthcare products.
- Collaborate with software developers, architects, system engineers, UX engineers, quality engineers, and product owners.
- Drive implementation and documentation quality through code reviews, document reviews, release documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Deploy, manage, and automate cloud applications and infrastructure using containers, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Mentor and support junior software developers.
- Participate in an international, multidisciplinary, and agile development team.
Requirements
- Several years of industry experience as a programmer or software developer.
- Strong background in cloud-based application design and development, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in at least two backend languages, such as C#, Java, Go, Rust, or Python.
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL database technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and common infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development processes such as Scrum.
- Healthcare industry or comparable-field experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and customer-focused skills.
- Fluent or effective communication in English; Spanish and German are nice to have.
