Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain existing and new cloud platform services for secure IoT connections and scalable web applications.
- Collaborate with software developers, software architects, system engineers, UX engineers, quality engineers, and product owners.
- Develop new products using cloud-based solutions and modern software development technologies.
- Conduct code and document reviews and contribute to release documentation and continuous improvement of development processes.
- Mentor and support junior software developers.
- Deploy, manage, and automate cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Several years of industry experience as a programmer or software developer.
- Strong experience designing and developing cloud-based applications, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in at least two backend programming languages such as C#, Java, Go, Rust, or Python.
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development processes such as SCRUM.
- Healthcare industry experience or comparable industry experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and customer-focused skills.
- Fluent professional communication in English; Spanish and German are desirable.
