Responsibilities
- Migrate and evolve CI/CD workflows from Jenkins and Bitbucket to GitHub Actions.
- Automate Microsoft Azure provisioning with Terraform using scalable, declarative infrastructure models.
- Implement automated security and compliance gates using Snyk, SonarQube, and Fossa.
- Develop monitoring and observability strategies using OpenTelemetry, centralized SIEM, Azure Monitor, KQL, and Log Analytics.
- Lead on-premise to cloud-native migrations using Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.
- Transition Atlassian tooling to GitHub, Jira, and Polarion while maintaining lifecycle traceability.
- Manage Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services during legacy-system encapsulation.
- Automate operational tasks with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Configure Azure Recovery Services Vault backup strategies against RTO/RPO targets.
- Support GitOps-based Kubernetes deployments with ArgoCD or Flux.
- Identify and mitigate infrastructure single points of failure and support technical team growth.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and VNETs.
- Deep proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes, particularly AKS, for cloud-native migrations.
- Solid knowledge of Terraform for multi-tenant and healthcare-specific environment isolation.
- Experience transitioning Atlassian stacks to GitHub, Jira, and Polarion.
- Ability to support Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and NIST-based audit procedures is preferred.
- Experience with Azure Recovery Services Vaults and backup strategies is preferred.
- Proficiency in KQL and Log Analytics is preferred.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD or Flux is preferred.
- Fluent Spanish and essential English proficiency for international collaboration and regulatory documentation.
- Ability to work in highly regulated environments with patient safety as a primary priority.
