Responsibilities
- Migrate and evolve Jenkins and Bitbucket workflows to GitHub Actions standards.
- Automate Microsoft Azure provisioning and multi-tenant environment isolation using Terraform.
- Implement automated security gates with Snyk, SonarQube, and Fossa.
- Execute monitoring and observability strategies using OpenTelemetry, centralized SIEM, Azure Monitor, KQL, and Log Analytics.
- Lead on-premise to cloud-native migrations using Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.
- Transition Atlassian tooling to GitHub, Jira, and Polarion with full lifecycle traceability.
- Support Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services during legacy encapsulation phases.
- Configure Azure backup and disaster-recovery strategies using Recovery Services Vaults and RTO/RPO targets.
- Identify and mitigate single points of failure across infrastructure.
- Support technical team growth and collaborate in regulated healthcare environments.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and VNETs.
- Deep proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes, particularly AKS.
- Solid knowledge of Terraform for multi-tenant and hospital-specific environment isolation.
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, Polarion, and migration from Atlassian stacks.
- Ability to manage Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services during encapsulation phases.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and NIST-based audit procedures is recommended.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD or Flux for automated Kubernetes deployments is recommended.
- Fluent Spanish and essential English proficiency for international collaboration and regulatory documentation.
