Responsibilities
- Migrate and evolve CI/CD workflows from Jenkins and Bitbucket to GitHub Actions.
- Automate Azure provisioning with Terraform using declarative infrastructure models.
- Implement automated security gates using Snyk, SonarQube, and Fossa.
- Migrate monitoring from Log4net to OpenTelemetry and integrate logs with SIEM and Azure Monitor.
- Lead Docker and Kubernetes/AKS migrations from on-premises environments to cloud-native platforms.
- Manage Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services during encapsulation phases.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Support infrastructure isolation for multi-tenant and hospital-specific environments.
- Configure backup and disaster-recovery strategies with Azure Recovery Services Vaults.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure using KQL and Log Analytics and support GitOps deployments with ArgoCD or Flux.
- Identify and mitigate infrastructure single points of failure and support technical team growth.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and VNETs.
- Deep proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes, especially AKS.
- Experience transitioning Atlassian stacks to GitHub, Jira, and Polarion with full lifecycle traceability.
- Solid Terraform knowledge for multi-tenant and hospital-specific environment isolation.
- Ability to manage Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services.
- Strong PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting skills.
- Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and NIST-based audit procedures is preferred.
- Experience with Azure Recovery Services Vaults and RTO/RPO targets is preferred.
- Proficiency with KQL and Log Analytics is preferred.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD or Flux is preferred.
- Fluent Spanish and essential English for international collaboration and regulatory documentation.
- Ability to work in highly regulated environments where patient safety is a priority.
