Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve CI/CD infrastructure, operating Jenkins while designing and implementing GitHub Actions pipelines.
  • Manage the parallel coexistence and gradual migration of Jenkins and GitHub Actions with full traceability and version control.
  • Integrate code-quality, vulnerability-scanning, and SBOM tooling into delivery pipelines.
  • Operate Azure infrastructure across a multi-tenant deployment model, including Windows-based and cloud-native components.
  • Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads on AKS, including services, ingress, namespace RBAC, and runtime issues.
  • Implement infrastructure automation using Crossplane XRDs, Helm, and Azure-native tooling across development, test, staging, and production environments.
  • Deploy OpenTelemetry agent instrumentation and forward logs, metrics, and traces to the centralized observability stack.
  • Build Grafana dashboards and Azure Monitor alert rules, define SLIs and SLOs, and manage error budgets for critical services.
  • Lead controlled repository, documentation, branching, environment, and release-process migrations while preserving history and traceability.
  • Document integration-engine topology and dependencies, create operational runbooks, and participate in incident response and blameless postmortems.
  • Contribute reusable workflows, templates, patterns, and technical standards to the Internal Developer Platform and DevOps community.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Production-grade Microsoft Azure experience with App Services, SQL, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Entra ID, AKS, and Virtual Networks.
  • Hands-on experience deploying, operating, and troubleshooting production Kubernetes workloads on AKS.
  • Experience operating Jenkins and building GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience planning and executing controlled source-control repository migrations while preserving full history and traceability.
  • Experience with OpenTelemetry agent-based instrumentation, telemetry-pipeline configuration, and log-to-OpenTelemetry mapping.
  • Knowledge of SLO and SLI definition, error budgets, reliability monitoring, and core SRE practices.
  • Fluent English for collaboration across the Center of Competence.
  • Strongly preferred experience with IIS, .NET Framework, Windows Server, legacy and modern toolchain coexistence, and integration-engine topology.
  • Spanish is useful for local collaboration in Barcelona but is not required.
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-aware environments, GitOps tooling, SBOM management, software composition analysis, and JFrog Artifactory is beneficial.
  • Awareness of EU MDR, ISO 13485, or IEC 62304 is a plus.
