Base Salary
$80k - $98k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, launch, and improvement of automation workflows.
- Integrate generative AI and agentic systems into workflows to improve investigator productivity.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex distributed technical systems, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
- Build and maintain scalable automation that reduces manual effort and improves accuracy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and technical point of contact in assigned focus areas.
- Create operational documentation and runbooks for automation workflows.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to identify opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor system health, identify risks, and proactively resolve reliability and performance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of Excel or Tableau experience, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- At least 2 years of experience writing complex Excel VBA macros.
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
- Experience with SQL or ETL.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence packages.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of software development or 1 year of systems engineering experience.
- Preferred: experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, or experience in development or technical support.
- Preferred: experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.
- Preferred: experience using generative AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and willingness to learn prompting and evaluation practices.
- Preferred: ability to identify opportunities for generative AI to enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
