Responsibilities
- Design and extend Go microservices that orchestrate multi-container automated red-team test suites.
- Build policy-based sidecar gateways that enforce least privilege and blast-radius limits across test environments.
- Implement findings-processing pipelines that deduplicate, suppress noise, and escalate critical security findings.
- Design per-suite secrets isolation with dedicated vaults, pods, service accounts, and automated credential rotation.
- Deploy and operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes using Helm and Terraform on AWS.
- Integrate with internal LLM gateway services and implement token-cost tracking, throttling, and authorization controls.
- Implement RBAC, network sandboxing, and geofencing for safe testing in production environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot distributed components and maintain findings-pipeline data integrity.
- Build production-grade software using AI-assisted development workflows and maintain shared system context.
- Critically evaluate human- and AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Go; experience with Python or Java is also acceptable.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and REST or gRPC APIs.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, and cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
- Understanding of the OWASP Top 10, least privilege, and secrets management.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in distributed, containerized systems.
- Ability to work in a large-scale enterprise environment with production-safety constraints.
- Demonstrated AI-first engineering approach, including experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor.
- Advanced prompt-engineering skills and the ability to develop reliable system context for AI outputs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with Open Policy Agent or other fine-grained authorization frameworks.
- Preferred exposure to AI/LLM security, adversarial testing, or red-teaming.
- Preferred experience with HashiCorp Vault, cloud KMS, sidecar proxy or gateway patterns, mTLS, IAM, cybersecurity, or NIST, ISO, and SOC 2 frameworks.

- The stated base salary range is $117,200–$176,700 annually, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
