Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of generative models and their capabilities.
- Collaborate with research scientists and engineers to maintain high code standards.
- Drive technical deployment of models into customer environments with production-grade API integrations.
- Adapt models to meet specific customer requirements while ensuring scientific rigor.
- Build ML data pipelines for customer-specific workflows.
- Ensure deployments meet customer standards for security and performance.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned customers.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
- Create technical documentation and best-practice resources.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and attend conferences.
Requirements
- Strong ML research experience with a focus on generative modeling.
- Proven track record in notable machine learning projects.
- Skilled in writing robust, maintainable ML code and using version control.
- Experience in building systems that serve large models via APIs.
- Customer-facing experience with a focus on delivery and success.
- Passionate about optimizing model performance for training and inference.
- Curious and mission-driven, with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
