Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, test, and optimize machine learning runtime and backend integration solutions in C++.
- Analyze, investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex functional and performance issues across frameworks, runtimes, compilers, drivers, and hardware abstraction layers.
- Work on graph processing, operator execution, memory management, backend integration, operator partitioning, scheduling, memory planning, and model optimization.
- Develop or contribute to delegates, execution providers, plugins, compilation flows, hardware abstraction layers, and GPU or AI acceleration solutions.
- Validate, benchmark, profile, and analyze AI model performance and build automated validation workflows.
- Collaborate with runtime, compiler, driver, and hardware engineering teams across the end-to-end AI software stack.
Requirements
- Strong C++ software development experience, ideally building machine learning inference engines, runtime systems, or backend integration frameworks.
- Experience with a machine learning inference framework such as LiteRT, TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, or a similar technology.
- Understanding of how AI models execute in practice, including graph processing, operator execution, memory management, and backend integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in machine learning systems, AI acceleration, and performance optimization.
- Experience with GPU programming or technologies such as Vulkan, OpenCL, or TOSA is beneficial but not required.
- Experience with AOT or JIT compilation, graph transformation, compiler technologies, intermediate representations, hardware abstraction layers, benchmarking, profiling, automated testing, or large-scale software workflows is beneficial but not required.
