Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s work and decisions.
- Design and deploy AI solutions aligned with ethical principles and regulatory requirements.
- Lead initiatives that promote awareness and understanding of responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to support key decisions and solve problems.
- Mentor junior team members on ethical AI deployment.
- Coordinate AI projects to meet business objectives and ethical standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft BOT Framework, and Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and artificial intelligence regulatory compliance.
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions focused on transparency, fairness, and accountability.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration among diverse groups.
- Familiarity with AI governance models and risk management strategies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
