Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure and application environments, including provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance.
- Maintain version control, build, continuous integration, and continuous deployment tools.
- Automate manual processes and improve deployment reliability, operational efficiency, consistency, and resilience.
- Support code releases into highly available application environments and contribute to continuous deployment practices.
- Design and support high-availability solutions, including load balancer configurations.
- Support AWS and Azure cloud environments, Kubernetes-based containerized environments, and infrastructure-as-code implementations using Ansible and Terraform.
- Collaborate with development, IT, and technology teams to resolve operational and deployment challenges.
- Participate in 24x7 coverage, occasional after-hours support, and on-call duties.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing enterprise servers and infrastructure.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting code releases into highly available applications.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting server configuration management tools and highly available applications.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, automation, deployment, infrastructure, and application reliability practices.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, HAProxy or similar load-balancing technologies, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge of JSON, Linux operating system hardening and security, and REST.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, collaboration, ownership, and accountability skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
