Responsibilities
- Design and build custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop catalog items, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Contribute to multi-module ServiceNow projects involving CSM, HRSD, FSM, AppEngine, ITOM, SecOps, and IRM.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via APIs.
- Participate in Agile squads, demonstrate features, and continuously improve delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- CSA certification and at least one CIS certification.
- Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, or IRM.
- Experience with Agile delivery.
