Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Modernize, refactor, and maintain existing applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and reliability improvements.
- Support SOC2 compliance through secure coding and access-control practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations and help resolve production incidents.
- Support Docker containerization and AWS deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features from concept through deployment and support.
- Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Four years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or web application development.
- Proficiency in one or more of C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
- Familiarity with React or similar frontend frameworks and .NET, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, Docker, and DevOps practices including CI/CD, Git, and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
- AWS experience is preferred; exposure to SOC2 or other compliance frameworks and experience with DevExpress are pluses.
