Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software focused on scalable product delivery.
- Discover and apply emerging technologies to payment innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams across locations to achieve project goals.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to Mastercard’s innovation pipeline.
- Develop and test software independently.
- Follow security policies, protect information confidentiality and integrity, report suspected breaches, and complete mandatory security training.
Requirements
- Experience developing large-scale products with an understanding of effective software design and development practices.
- Full-stack experience with backend and frontend technologies, including web and mobile technologies.
- Ability to develop and test software independently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within distributed teams and teams of teams.
- Motivation, self-direction, analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
