Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain the Windchill PLM system for product development and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving Windchill configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Consult on platform upgrades and support their successful implementation.
- Work with business teams to understand technical requirements and define architectural solutions.
- Stay current with Windchill updates, features, and industry best practices to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate as a member of an agile team in an international environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, a related subject, or equivalent work experience.
- Profound experience with PTC Windchill and its product suite, including PDMLink, PTC ThingWorx Navigate, and ProjectLink.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with Windchill APIs for customization.
- Strong background in cloud technology.
- Experience with PLM methodology, BOM lifecycle, data migration, change processes, data classification, and document management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Professional English proficiency is required; German is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in Poland is required.
- Experience with CATIA and/or PTC Creo is valuable.
- Experience with Oracle ERP, SQL, and relational databases is beneficial.
