Responsibilities
- Work directly with users to identify high-leverage problems and ship product solutions.
- Write production code and ship weekly improvements across the customer journey.
- Build and deploy AI-powered tooling to improve experiences for providers, parents, and government partners.
- Automate onboarding flows, proposal generation, and reporting processes.
- Own full loops from user feedback to solution deployment and monitor adoption.
- Prioritize tasks based on business impact and collaborate across teams.
Requirements
- Experience in building products that gained users or generated revenue independently.
- Technical proficiency in shipping production code, preferably in Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AI/LLMs and developer tools like Windsurf and Cursor.
- Business acumen with experience in consulting or managing a P&L.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and engaging with users regularly.
